PRIVACY POLICY of the "TAKE IT IZI" Foundation

According to Art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RODO), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is the “TAKE IT IZI” Foundation, based in Wroclaw (53-137) at Al. Wiśniowa 3, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław VI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001022347, NIP: 8992953522, REGON: 524627360;

3. Personal data provided to the Administrator through the attendance list̨/list̨ of participants in an event organized or co-organized by the “TAKE IT IZI” Foundation will bę processed on the basis of your consent in order to participate in events organized or co-organized by the “TAKE IT IZI” Foundation. The type of personal data provided to the Administrator is determined by the registration form template developed by the Administrator.
4. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
   1. Fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Organizer in the framework of the organized Rally
   2. Protection against claims and claims investigations (taking care of the economic interest and image of the Administrator, until the expiration of the claim period in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
   3. Publication of the Participants’ image in any way in which information about the event will be published or disseminated and for marketing purposes of the organizer, as well as advertisers and partners.

5. Provision of personal data and consent to their processing is voluntary, but failure to provide them or failure to consent to their processing will result in the inability to perform the obligations assumed by the Administrator in the framework of the organized Rally. This will result in the inability to participate in the Rally.
6. Personal data provided will not bę transferred to external entities except as provided by law.
7. The personal data provided will bę kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected, as well as the Administrator’s archival and statistical obligations, as well aṡ to document the activities of the “TAKE IT IZI” Foundation. In the event of a legitimate technical, legal or other valid reason, the data will be antedated or deleted.
8. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9. When you consider that the processing of the above personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Personal data will not bę processed by automated means, includinġ profiling.
11. The basis for processing your personal data is Art. 23(1)(3) of the DPA and Art. 6(1) lib (b) RODO – performance of the contract (acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and application for participation in the event constitutes conclusion of the contract) and Art. 23(1)(1) of the DPA and Art. 6 paragraph. 1 litre (a) RODO – voluntary, unambiguous, informed and specific consent of the data subject
12. Registration and application for participation in the Rally is tantamount to acceptance of the rules contained in the Regulations of the Rally and granting permission to process personal data. In the case of a minor, consent to the processing of personal data must be given by the person exercising parental authority or legal guardian.
